In a word, no.

It's available on the UCAS website. I can't find the link at the moment but it takes a few minute of poking around the 'UCAS data' section as far as I remember.
If you're having problems, PM me your e-mail address and I can send you the excel file with statistics for all universities and all courses. It's for 2006, they should publish 2007 soon I would imagine.

EDIT: Bambi - are you sure the other London Universities will copy? Once October the 15th has passed, can they change such a crucial entry requirmeant as A-Level grades? I could get predicted AAA but feel I will get AAB to be honest.

They raise the grades required because they are up themselves and want to be like Oxbridge. Imperial is actually quite a pants university.

They may not change them this year but if they don't they will next year. There is still time for them to do it this year anyway, Dundee changed their requirements not long before the deadline last year or the year before (I forget which). I doubt they are allowed to after Oct 15th.

err, no.
If they want to be like oxbridge, why didnt they up the grade requirements before? Its got nothing to do with prestige.

It because more and more people get A's. It's just history repeating itself; A few years ago the standard medicine offer was ABB it was upped to AAB. Pretty much everyone follows suit eventually.

And now they have that A* grade coming in. Give it time and this will be in offers. It's all to do with more people getting A's. Medical schools cant give everyone who gets an offer a place. They have to up the grades to ensure some will miss their offer so that the numbers can work.

This all said how many people going for medicine don't end up with three As anyway?

Everyone i knew at school going for med got AAA, even those who didn't get any offers.

especially after good AS grades (i mean high As) it is more likely than not for medic students to get all As
