Help from current medical students!

Hey guys

I got an offer from imperial and wanted to know how easy is it to find an en suite room and are they limited? Also how much does it cost per year eg to buy books etc... including all costs?

it's a total lottery..and yes they are limited.

some people get by without buying any books in year 1, some people go out and spend £300 on them.

I was also wondering is the BSc degree worth it, cause some GPs say its a waste of time. Also if you want to go into a competitive specialtity would they prefer imperial to eg other uni's (so would i have a better chance of getting into this competative speciality if i was from imperial rather than another uni)?
