CRB check address?

Can someone please tell me the full address that i need to send my completed CRB form off to? I've lost my letter, and cannot find it on their website.

hey pav69, the address is as follows:

Imperial College London
Registry: Admissions Team D
Sherfield Building, Level 3
South Kensington Campus
London SW7 2AZ

think i am going to south ken after easter to hand in the form and show them the supporting documents. see you in sept/oct!

yea i can remember i handing the crb and the accomodation form over the easter holidays last year. that way u dont risk losing ur driving license/passport.
