Day 16.. still nothing. Is there anyone else (apart from Mubeen) on the forum who heard after 14 days and still got an offer?

That would be me. I had my interview on 21 February. I received the letter on 12 March. The track was updated on the same day. So it took them 19/20 days.
I am sure I am not the only one. Apparently they send out some offers to people who were interviewed on 20 and 21 February, on 9 March (date on the letter), most of the people got the letters on 10 March.
Some people got their offers a week earlier than the usually 2 weeks, I think its just the time taken for adminstration. So don't worry, without considering your interview performance, you still have 5 out 7 chance of getting in! All the best.
