Hi! Not at all. Its a NATIONAL prize and wouldn't really be national if we allowed only IC students to enter! Theres 2 categories (one for pre clinical and one for clinical students respectively) which any med student in the UK and Ireland can enter.

I guess the only stipulation is that you have to be a med student! although you probably could enter the pre-clinical prize even if you're not a med student
