Yea i got rejected yesterday too, got a BMAT of 17.9 so i wasnt suprised. But there have been quite a few people with scores of around 16 who have got interviews so im a bit annoyed. It was also my first choice and the only uni i really wanted to go to.

So sorry to hear that...I'm anxiously still waiting too...
Imperial told me (when I phoned them about a month ago) that as a guideline, they needed candidates to be getting 50% or more in each section of the BMAT, i.e. at least 4.5 in sections 1 & 2 and 7.5 in section 3. If that's the case, then I'm not gonna get an interview...but having said that, there are people who've had above 4.5 on both sections 1 & 2, but only 6 for the essay, so there may be hope...In any case, they told me that they didn't look at the
total BMAT score, rather they looked at the individual section scores...
