Is it true once you get AAABB in the sciences, maths and english they don't really differiante between someone else as in once you get those grades they don't care anymore about your GCSE's and they start looking at the other stuff. Bmat etc

absolute poppycock , macca.
if they telel you you need the minimum and then they're not considered, then thats wat appens.

there are a few that do predispose towards those who ave had intensive skooling from gcse level though.

bmat mite be a different story (well it looks like it is, reading the abuv) for some places though.

yep, you're missing the point, macca. do not let this get you doon for no reason pleeze.

you need the minimum for the majority of med skools.

only fools say otherwise.
do not follow fools.

its simple macca.
on this i'm wurth listening to hehe.

mek sure you stress that you want sgul far more than any other uni. its the only one for you becos -

1. the common foundation programme elps to cement all professions so that they wurk together from day one. CFP is a course in the furst year that all medics, nusses and physios and even biomeds do. Good career links for the future - you'll be wurking wif some of these peeple again - joy!

2. being in the biggest 'ospital in the south-east, you ave every department you want for researching your course only 100 yards from the library. thats wat i call ands on opportunity, rather than aving to travel in a mile either way for two different ospitals at cambridge, for instance.
3. the course benfits from the abuv too.

4. slightly cheaper to study at than the other london unis.

5. excellent muslim and asian community (if you are muslim/asian).

these are the real reasons to study at sgul, but if you want you can add the bullshit reasons which dont really mek any sense but sound good, like -
great course, great tutors etc. which frankly you get everywhere jus as good.
