Did any current applicants have offers already by the time they had their Imperial interview?

You already have 3 interviews? Gawd. Go you!

Nope, just got my "Unsuccessful" on UCAS track. Nothing directly from King's yet.

Was very disappointed to be rejected without interview, especially as I had spoken to the admissions department before submitting my application, to make sure that my circumstances were acceptable and that I wouldn't be rejected without interview! (I have extenuating circumstances surrounding my degree result)

Oh well.... I know that the admissions dept have to look at the whole application, not just one part (such as the UKCAT result), so they must have felt that something about me wasn't good enough....just a bummer that they don't give feedback - I'll never know why I was rejected...

Best of luck with all your applications!

So far, rumour has it no new from imperial is good news, because some people on TSR have heard from them but they have mainly been rejections from what ive read... Not yet any calls for interview, so no need to start panicking!

Hi there,

Yup, I'm a graduate, but I'm 31 and graduated 10 years ago! Got an ordinary degree due to extenuating circumstances. Got a doctor's letter, original medical records, fantastic reference from my university tutor explaining that my degree result was due entirely to unfortunate medical circumstances...obviously not enough for King's. Or it could have been something else...or a combination...thing is, I was predicted a 1st or a 2:1 and then got the ordinary degree due the situation...all my other grades prove that it was a totally unusual result too...very frustrating...looks like I'm going to be paying for it for the rest of my life!

Oh well, it's all sent to test us!
