Hey,
I just got back from holiday yesterday to find i've been put in Orient House (Battersea Development Area). Not ideal as I play National League Water Polo and need to be in a pool 16 hours a week so i could do with a hall near to the Ethos centre so i can use the pool for my training. I cant really afford the time or cost of commuting to Imperial and back 3 times a day for training and lectures so accepting the Hall isnt really an option, but i cant contact the accomadation office to beg them becuase they're not open today. Annoying.

LOL! get your own! and if i end up at pic court...its too far to make regular visits to and back from south ken. i'll probably just stay at home how fun.

IF ANYONE IS REJECTING THEIR OFFER PLEASE LET ME KNOW! im in a situation right now where i wont even mind a triple room!! as long as its closer to south ken and a better area than pic court.

Trust, I highly recommend living on your own even if you live close to your parents. The experience and solitude will help you grow as a person.

Thats nice, but not practical when you go to university in London. Do you have any idea how much living in London costs? Halls are expensive, living outside of halls can be even more expensive depending on where you live. Finding a house to move into is easier said than done in the first year, and they're there for 6 years, they've got plently of time to move out.

Plus, this thread is really old! They've all already started at imperial by now and will just be finishing their first term!
