Hey,
Im another applicant.
BMAT...seems alright, I just have to study physics, I havent taken it further than IGCSE co-ordinated sciences.
For IGCSE (similar to GCSE)
1A*5As and a B.
For IB, which I am doing I do not know my predicted grades, but it should be around 39-40 points. (wish they would tell us!!!)
I know I got a 7 (7 being highest) for bio
chem 6
English 6
business 7
Arabic 7
Maths 6
Chem, maths or english could be a 7 but I dont know (and its not that likely), thats why I definately have 39 points, but 40 points im not sure.
To translate that into A levels, they say on the UCAS website, that they consider a 6 or 7 the same as an A in A levels.
Interviews, I heard that the ones at imperial are pretty friendly. So that shouldnt be a problem, that is if I get that far.
Good luck everyone.

I'm an oldie applicant, but just barely.
Starting to get worried about the BMAT. I took A-level Physics in 2003 and thought I could forget all things Physics until I started looking at practice papers, and I can do degree level statistics but consigned simultaneous equations to the realms of things-I-will-never-need-to-know-in-real-life. I'm fine on the logic and reasoning section and on the writing section, and I should be reasonably OK with Biology and Chemistry (but need to revise them anyway because two years of degree level science means that I probably overthink things), but I'm nervous about maths and physics. My level of worry is not helped by the fact that my closest open centre is at my old school and they are using the same exam room that I used for most of my exams for seven years, so that's going to be like stepping into a freaking time machine.
GCSEs: 3A*, 7A, 2B
AS: BB (RS and Critical Thinking)
A2: BCCC (History, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology)
Degree: predicted borderline 2.1/1.1 in Biomedical Sciences
Good luck!

1A*, 4A's, 3B's one D(art and design) and a GNVQ 'pass'
not good work experience and voluntary work.
No extra curricular activities and i think one of my teacher hates me.

7A*s 2a's and B. 5 A's at AS level inc. CT, Math, Phys, Bio, Chem. Predicted all A's. BMAT - looking forward to section 3 , worried that i might not finish section 2 in time. I f you're not worreid about the BMAt you're either ridculously self-believing and clever, or very very stupid.

6A*s and 4As at GCSE.
I'm applying post A-level (the medicine vocation hit me a little later than most) and have 4As(A-Level) and 1A(AS) behind me.
BMAT: Have barely done anything as yet, so should be worried.
Well atleast i've got one thing right then, i am very worried indeed.
