Just to clarify...

what happens on this day?
any particular dress code?
anything we need to bring with us?
how soon can we move into accommodation?

Turn up to your hall between the hours given in the bumpf you will be sent (something like 9 to 5ish) with your stuff and move in.

There's usually events in hall that evening, and something on at the union. Dress is casual though.

I think I'm gonna have a lot of stuff to be moving in by the look of the boxes accumulating in my garage (and I'm generally a really light packer lol)

you know, i dont know how the hell im going to move into halls cos they say there is no offstreet parking so i wont be able to be dropped, i may have to lug suitcases on the bloody train, urgh!
how is everyone else moving in?

my parents aren't even gonna be in the bloody country on 1st oct, so i'm tram, train and tubing it alone. I have absolutely NO upper body strength, so I'm thinking this ain't the brightest of ideas. Maybe I'll get my bro to help drag me and my 10 suitcases? Hmm tis a plan

woo! good naima! so i wont be the only person moving in, ON THE TRAIN. GRRR. its so damn annoying, i dont really know how i will be able to get all my things by myself, i may have to go back and forth a few times.urgh!
