So what did everyone get?

I had my heart set on a single room and ensuite in Beit Hall. But oh well, still happy, got a single room in Wilson House, so reasonably happy.

I got Shared twin room in Southwell. How early did you send the form off? Wishing I hadn't left it a bit late now

I sent mine off two-three weeks after it arrived. I read they have done some work to renovate Wilson House, hope the room are nice and clean.

Anyone know anything about Wilson House? Is it a dump?

Hi guys,

I don't know about the state of Wilson House (I'm sure it's completely fine though) - if it's the one at Paddington then that is only a 25-30 min. walk across Hyde park (it's a lovely walk by the way). Don't worry about distance, I will be commuting 45-50 mins each way......

Southwell is in Evelyn Gardens (about 15-20min. walk) - nice place/area.

I would have thought that Beit would be quite noisy being right next to the union - (and incredibly expensive)..not my cup of tea....but does of course have the advantage of having ensuite and rolling in lectures in the morning.....

Hi guys,

Like most people i also had my heart set on a single en-suite at Beit Hall.

Ahhhhhhh ..... i can just picture it now, wake up 8:50 am. Put on the nearest jeans i can find...... bung some pop-tarts in the toaster..... shoes on.... lectures here i come... 10 minutes FLASH !

Alas, it's gonna be Wilson House for me ! I reckon the 30 minute walk will do my cardio some good although I think i might have to get my hands on some pepper spray given the number of ppl that get mugged there !! well, the post came and went and no accomodation letter for me.. i wanted something in south ken, now, i dont know what the likelihood of that is, we shall see.
if i get anything which is further than a 25 minute walk i will be staying at home...i really hope i get it in south ken.
