Thanks, so we have an option of 'reserving' all the events in the two weeks. Is this worth doing or is just the beginning stuff like BBQ, boat, pubbrawl (sorry crawl ) and the final Ball that most people do? Are hall events pretty standard or does it depend on the hall?

I should go and earn some money,

Helena

Sam: Echinacea?
Bartlet: Ah, that sounds more like it.

I got my freshers stuff today, wow there's a lot of things planned! I'll probably pass out if I do all of that though and try and push my liver to the limit (I really am a bit of a lightweight). Sounds good though, but one question - where can we get a set of scrubs from?!

Where else but medisave

I think I'll do the BBQ, boat, pub crawl, comedy, ball and review atm. There should be hall events and stuff, plus I'll need time to recoup!

Hall events are usually organised, what is organised varies from hall to hall.

There's also stuff at ICU, a few of which are worth going to.

Medic freshers events are excellent and you should definately go to as many as you can, but my advice would be to try and go to hall and non-medic events too (especially hall ones actually), just so that you get to know people outside of your course and the people you live with too.

Firslty, well done Holli (it is with an 'i' isn't it!?) on getting the grades - you seemed doubtful at one point . I have rotted from boredom here, and so am not quite with it, so have only just realised you have posted - sorry.

Pembridge sounds great. Just want to start now.

Have just filled in my Freshers stuff. Gone for the pass for ease really and can then go to what I go to as it were. Do us guys need scrubs for the pub crawl? The mum and dads thing sounds good. Must sort out some bad taste clothes and a tux I guess.
