Btw, I could probably stretch to Burger King over Mac Donalds if push came to shove. Seriously...

Hi there, sorry again for taking ages to reply......

well South Ken and surrounding areas are pretty expensive for drinking (no 3-for-1 aftershocks or anything like that here). There are quite a few older pubs (some really nice ones hidden away) and pricey, trendy bars.
The Union is dead cheap though and IC students especially in the early years spend most of their time (and money) in there! Southside bar is also very good (great sleection of ales) but is unfortunately going to be knocked down with the rest of the Southside Halls there.

Steve Seagal suggested The Greyhound to meet which is near High Street Ken tube - that sounds good to me. There is also a lovely pub which I think is being rennovated at the moment called The Churchill Arms and is at Notting Hill Gate. It has fantastic thai food - huge portions and everything is £6...bargain! Can leave that for another time.......

Oh and Hewarmsjeans (James?) - I went to the Turner/Whistle/Monet exhibition - it was brilliant. I think I liked Monet the best.

See you soon....

Sara

guys Anderita is right we best decide the day we wanna go....so after results....so do you all want to meet at the weekend straight after results ie 20/21st of August or do you want to do the following weekend being 27th/28th August.

Personally i think sunday 21st of August is okay...i dunno tho as it depends upon everyone else. Plus hey you mite not even want to meet on sat/sun...i only say sunday cos i'm working during the other days..

anyway sunday 21st? and time people??? and titch sed the greyhound...i happened to google it cos i don't have a clue....so its here ahahaaa the review with that daily mail comment doesn't make it sound too good but hey it has two pool tables....people we will have to play...hey other pubs i found are here

Anyway have we all decided on a pub cos i REALLY wanted to do something...like an activity...but if you all wanna just sit around then thats alright..afterall its a group call and i will somehow manage to entertain myself....i'm not much of a drinker but lool i can watch you all acting stupid..btw u better not try to be sensible....oh btw washerboy your nick who did that hike yea? lol i remember you...i contributed to your cause so lool you owe me a drink now

so peeps (why i wrote so much i don't know) but yea is it deffo a pub cos i don't want ppl to be bored....and does the 21st suit everyone?

btw do you think its safe to post the final details on the net...i really don't want anyone getting stalked...i am just thinking of safety here!!

I am back back back,

Hey Imperial people,

I am back back, after ages. Well count me in whenever, whereve after July 1. Make sure there is plenty of booze, preferably cheap. We should go to Leicester Square, there is a great club, quite cheap, called Salsa Bar.

make it 20th of august cos i will be probably out drinking to celebrate on 19th.

So people decide a date, and start making a list of whose coming and not. This thing is nearly as disorganised as me.

Its not very disorganised lol what do u expect formal invites to the pub?

Anywho, i think people want to stay around the Kensington area. And lets not make it the 20th i want to go but it has to be after the 25th or i'll be stuck in a sunny place thinking of y'all lol

Ok ok ok so you ppl decide where you wanna go, and when - and then tell me the details. I don't particularly mind, as long as there's a fire exit and a toilet.
