Anyone recieved a letter from HYMS???

    Hi,

Got a letter from HYMS today, goes as follows:

    Dear.......

Thank you for your application to HYMS, which has been recieved and passed to selectors for assessment. The first stage in the process involves consideration of the information on your UCAS form and we then expect to select applications for interview. Interviews will be held in December - February and offers will not be made without interview.

    Yours sincerely

    ...........................

What do you reckon, just a glorified acknowledgement card or a light at the end of the tunnel?

Has anyone else ever recieved one of these from HYMS?

    Hope someone else has! hehe

Unfortanately, I recieved one of those letters before my rejection last year, so it is just an acknowledgement letter. I know you're grasping at straws, trying to get anything positive that says you might get in but your just going to have to get on working for January and be patient. Far easier to write then to do, but it is the only way to go.

Just gets a bit frustrating after a while, but i guess its the same for everyone else!

I'm not suprised that you've got your letter.

How many weeks did it take?

My form was sent on the 15th Oct. I know right on the dead line. ops:

But I needed to wait for my reference.
