    Admissions Question Graduate Applicant

Hi, i have emailed the admissions office about entry and understandably i think they are quite busy and havnt returned my message. So was just wondering if anyone could help me out. Im a graduate applicant but am in the final year of my degree and hence have a predicted grade. Also as i am still at university i havnt got any long term experience such as months or years worth of volunteer work e.t.c. So i was wondering whether anyone knew whether for a graduate applicant a predicted 2:1 and 6-8 weeks of work experience is sufficient. I am only curious as many unis require a completed degree and at least 6 months of work experience, thanks

Hi i havnt found the information i was looking for on the HYMS website so i might ring them tomorrow. To answer your question Khush23 i wanted to apply to both leicester and St.georges GEM only to realise they wanted a completed degree of at least 6 months work experience so just dont want a similar mistake if i can avoid it.

    Hi,

Stupid question probably but do HYMS have a cut off after they've added your UKCAT score and PS score or is it quite literally the top 600?
I've had alook on their site and it doesn't say.

    Thanks

It is quite literally the top 600. Then the top 340 (roughly), after interview scores are added, is the number they make an offer to.

Hiya :-) Just thought I'd say your info regarding st georges is not accurate. If you read the page on their site it says you should have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least 2:2 which means they don't require completed degree also where it does talk about completion it says completed by september of your year of entry which is normal anyway as you would have finished your degree on the June/July of your year of application. Hope that helps (have a look at their graduate entry requirements again)

    Hi,

Does anyone know how many times we can apply for Hull York medical school.
I have already applied twice, the second time I have got an interview but rejected.
Do you think I am allowed to reapply again?

    cheers,

    Mary
