In York, yes, in Hull it's student houses (like halls, as it's all 2 streets, and everyone is a student....) or taylor court (is halls, but self catered)

I think the Taylor Court Flats are a bit like halls but mostly like flats. There's 8 people to a floor and I think they all share a kitchen. You're best looking at the Hull Uni accommodation website, I'm sure it'll have more info!
When you get accommodation packs it should have al the information in it as well

When do applicants who put HYMS down as their firm offer get their packs?

i woz wonderin da same thing, i accepted hull york as my firm choice last week, woz interviewd at hull but hopefuly get allocated 2 york

Packs for accommodation will come after you've been allocated to a campus (usually around June I think), so you've got a bit of a wait I'm afraid!

HYMS was always my first choice since i decided on a medical degree and im so happy i got an offer!! Now i have to get the grades :S Will be accepting HYMS as my firm choice as soon as Leeds get back to me. Worried about campus allocation because as much as i like hull, i love york! And there don't seem to be many undergrads with offers :S anyone else an undergrad??

HYMS does seem to take on quite a few mature/gap year/graduates, which is quite a nice mix. I'm an undergrad too

What apart from the bed and a table do the rooms include? What facilities are there in the self catering kitchens? microwaves? toasters etc?
