    Who's going to HYMS?

    Hi people

    So who's putting HYMS as their firm/insurance? I've put it as my firm, so would be nice to get to know people. Any idea when we find out if we're at hull or york? I'm not particularly bothered which, both have thier advantages, but I really wanna know. So impatient lol.

    hello! I'm going to HYMS in September too! I have an unconditional place, so am def going. I think we find out around the end of May where we get placed...also not hugely bothered, esp since it's just for the first 2 yrs. Hull is a bit of a hole, but i think if everyone's nice and the drinks are cheap...it'll be fine!

    I'm gonna go there if I get a QMUL rejection (interview didn't go well), and provided I get my 2:1 this year!

    A bit apprehensive as it is a long way from home/current uni.

    Its my insurance now, unless I get a rejection from Sheffield (very likely!). Looks like HYMS will be my firm.. can't wait!

    Hey all... I'm most likely joining you guys at HYMS, think i'm gonna get rejected from glasgow very soon lol... but i'm just as happy with HYMS, although slightly more expensive studying in england.

    HYMS: interviewed on 14th Dec. OFFER
    Glasgow: rejected
    Leicester: interview on 19th of February

    UKCAT: av. 697.5 (900 in the last part )
    European Baccalaureate:
    Last year's average: 91.25%
    Written Bac: Chemistry, Bio
    Oral: Philosophy, Geography, Further Mathematics
