17-11-2005, 01:38 AM #41I didn't have to fill in an additional form, and was never informed of one. I've received a receipt of application letter from HYMS too, so I presume that my application is fine.

This time last year....
I was incredibly nervous as I sat waiting everyday for something from the medical schools, waiting about entrance exams, etc. Guys, I hope it all works out. If you have any questions re: interview or anything else for that matter, let me know, and I'll help as best I can. I may even get the opportunity to speak/meet with those of you who are interviewing on the 19th in Hull and the 20th in York.
Good luck with it all, and with whatever else you are currently doing! I'm a little sleepy and will shortly be taking myself off to sleep.
All the best,
Yez
