I've never heard any HYMS students mention one, and I'm annoyed that they dont see my PS before the interview, there goes my plan for seeming amazingly interesting before I get there!

This may sound like a stupod question but i couldnt find anything about this on the site... is there any kind of additional application form like Warwick has?

I'm 99.9% sure that HYMS DOES NOT require an additional application form!!!

I didnt have to fill in an extra application form last year. I dont see why HYMS would need one, especially if you've applied through UCAS. If its not mentioned on the website then it's a pretty fair bet that there isnt one.
Don't worry about that it could be a good thing! I messed up my 2nd interview because I'd totally forgotton what my personal statement said! It also means you can repeat things that you wrote in your statement.

Aha ok, thanks fishie.
By the way HYMS peeps, just read on the site that they wont be sending letters out till the first few days of december so I wouldnt worry about not hearing anything.Scared 3rd year medic at...
