When do they choose the campus?
Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me when HYMS are going to choose whether we go to hull or york. I remember reading it in one of the letters but I can't remember what it said!
Thanks!

They said they would campus allocate at the start of June. They were quite vague, but i think we'll all hear fairly soon.
It would be nice to know where we're going to spend the first 2 year of our medical careers!

They'll let you know as soon as they can i'm sure! Just remember they've a million and one different things to be doing at the moment, our exams, the second year's ACCS exams, final preps for Phase II, Phase II SSC's.
I was even asked to look at designs for the final degree yesterday! They seem to be cramming loads in at the moment.
Just be patient and it will be rewarded!!!

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm a little tired of having to explain to people that I could be at Hull or York.
Just got to sit tight and wait I guess.
Good luck with the revision. Not long to go now right?

I got a letter on saturday saying i'ii be based in Hull. Not sure why its seems only some people have been told and not others but i am a mature student so that may be why. Am quite chuffed as accomdation is cheaper etc. If any of the current student based in Hull have any advise about life at hull campus would be great to hear from you

I'm a mature student (25) and i haven't heard yet.
I had my interview at Hull, i was impressed with the facilities. I'll be happy with either campus.
I think Hull would be more doable for me because as Wildflwa says accomodation is cheaper.
