Any A100 applicants still waiting for an interview/rejection?
Just wondering how many of us there are who have heard zilch!
But some good news is that I hear that Kings interview all the way through April as well, so still some hope I guess!
Good luck to everyone

At the time i thought it would be amazing and it is because i would do all my clinical rotations in america and i would be able to become a doctor in america which i want too, but i found out that it would be almost impossible to get back into britain with an american degree and also as its an america degree they pay twice as much as us. So i decided it would be better to stay in england and then decide if i still want to go over to america once a have a degree.

Ahhh ok that makes sense. Did you have to go over there for an interview or did they just make you an offer? Sorry about all the questions, just never got to speak to someone who's applied there before!!
I think it's probably a good call in that you clearly have the intelligence to do Medicine in the UK, so why pay twice as much for the privilege I guess?

Well i was made an offer and then they wanted me to go over there for an informal interview, lol it seems a long way just for an informal interview!
Well it seems at the moment i dont really have the intelligence for medicine, hopefully i'll get in next year! Have you got any offers so far?

Best of luck with Kings though! I do yeah at Kings and Barts at the moment... quite surprised Kings got back to me when they did considering my poor Academic history (before my degree that is). My UKCAT was pretty decent though so I reckon that must have helped me out a fair bit. Like I said to nabbe in another thread though, a lot of people seem to be getting Kings offers but not taking them up this year :S no idea why! Maybe it's just a coincidence based on the people I have spoken to, but I would expect them to keep offering well into April anyway, so fingers crossed on the interview!

Nada here. Last shot. Won't ramble here as have done it elsewhere here already

Was thinking may have a chance but seems a few people atleast at TSR are in same situation as us so wondering if there's a big bunch of us out of which only a few lucky people will get interviews in April while a whole large group get rejected... Who knows.SGUL GEP 2011 (firm)
