I have an interview for King's tomorrow, and i'm really pleased they've posted this because the only other people who i know who have been interviewed have pre-prepared answers to everything, unlike myself- so i am pleased that i'm not competing solely against those with answers fresh from that interview book (which i couldn't get on my hand-everyone gets a bit overly competitive dont they)

All seems pretty fair to me. There's no point in entering an interview and being fraudulent. The universities only want to know your real character, not what you think they want you to be (if that makes any sense?!)
I for one know that if I get an interview/interviews this year I will consider my attributes for the job and why I want to do it, but aside from remembering what I have written in my personal statement (which you really shouldnt have to worry about as it's yourself) there's little else to do than to be yourself and be honest. If they don't like that then there's nothing you can do.
Honesty and integrity...two of the most important parts of being a doctor, surely?!
