I totally symapthise with you guys who've been rejected; I havent heard from gkt yet but Liverpool (who made me an offer last yr!!!) have rejected me without interview!!! It's really devastating but I find the best thing to do is have a massive cry and a scream and shout about it, then you can get over it and move on stronger! Good luck in all ur other choices - remember it only takes 1 offer to become a doctor and there is always next yr too.... what's another 12 months if you want something badly enough?

hey, well, i applied to GKT last yr, and got a straight rejection (well, i got that from all my unis...neeeeeeeever had an interview

but i gotta say, and trust me on this, everything happens for a reason! ive reapplied this yr, ive got my imperial interview tomorrow....and last week, found out that GKT AGAIN gave me a straight rejection....by this time i was pretty pissed off, so i phoned them for some feedback, and they gave me a whole load of crap about not giving feedback to individual applicants....which pissed me off some more....MAKE SURE U GET FEEDBACK, and justified reasons for them rejecting you....i even phoned my old-school head teacher to see if she could find anything out for me. I WILL FIND OUT WHY I GOT REJECTED.

but someone liked my application....even if GKT didnt....
just dont take any bullshit from anyone, ur application has GOT to be good, cos u wouldnt be applying for medicine otherwise, just keep ur chin up!!!!!!!!

I got rejected from HYMS recently without an interview. And have 3 choices left and i haven't had a single interview or acknowledgement letters from those 3 yet. Rejections are part of life i suppose. There are always other ways of becoming a doctor and it all comes down you making the hard choices. And as eponine said, there's always next year.

Just went on ucas track and iv been rejected without and interview!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont no if im in denial or sumat (cos i was distraught about bsms rejection) but the funny thing is that i really care.

I think its cos kcl was my last choice anyways.
