hya I had my interview on Wed
total disaster(( the worst thing is that the questions theyve asked me were the most obvious and easy questions I could expect;/
anyway the only advice i can give you is not to freak out, stay calm and just give them answers

    Good luck everybody

I'm sure u didn't do as bad as u think u have. What type of questions did they ask? And what happened that made u think it went badly?

    Stay hopeful!

I've got mine on Tuesday as it had to be rescheduled when my flight was cancelled.

Does anyone know the format of the interviews? i.e. How many people? Is it on sofas (like some of Cambridge's) or is it on proper straight chairs.?

    Thanks.

Yeah I am, Biomed grad. You?

I have done two mock interviews and generally tried to get used to get my head together, I have been trying not to over prepare as I think due to the way I speak there is the posibility I could sound rehersed. So I have just been trying to get my head around exactly why I want to do medicine and at Glasgow.

    What about you?

i would have thought chairs would have been the last thing on everyones mind its 2 interviewers, a desk inbetween and a quite soft black kind of school chair. in fact i had two! one to put my bag on. I think thats normal, none of my interviews have been on sofas anyway!

Sounds like a good plan to me, worst thing you could do is panic. . On the outside, inside I am sure every interviewee will be going nuts I am sure.

any way my questions were very easy- why glasgow, what I know about cirucullum and pbl, why I want to do pbl, work experience that I did...fairly easy
try not to panic, you defo know answers just stay calm

    Thought mines went ok too.

Wait and see I guess, one of the guys said at the end after I said I did not have any questions, "yes you have obviously been considering this for a while".

    Hopefully thats a positive.
