Any1 defo going to Glasgow?!?

hey guys!
So whos defo going to glasgow 2006! Originally i planned to go to aberdeen but after a lot of research i ve picked glasgow as my firm choice. I m absolutely terrified cos i dont really know any1 my age in glasgow (most of my mates are going to aberdeen)! a lot of my family live near glasgow though so i ll be looked after -- yay!
Anyways for those of you going hat accomadation have you picked!
For me
1st choice - Wolfson hall(ensuite)
2nd Choice -Wolfson halls
3rd Choice-Queen Margrets
4th choice Munaro hostel
5th Choice Winton Drive

Wanted to be fed so picked wolfson! Does any1 know anything bout the quality of the food and how far the wolfson halls are from the med school?

Glasgow's the only place I've heard from, so it looks like I'll be going there.

Wolfson is apparently quite a bit walk from the campus and I'm going self-catered anyhow. Don't know what the food is like, but I'd rather make my own.

Are you going to the applicants day?

oh wow jay-mob an unconditional lucky u!! anways i guess i ll see some of u guys at the open day! lol i wont recognise yas though cos i dont know wot you look like. But if any1 sees me please say hi! Lol it would make me feel a whole lot better going to glasgow with at least 1 person to wave insanley too!! Although saying that i m moving down to stay with my mum after spending the summer in canada! Sooo should be there from August 27th onwards!! Cant wait!! lool never actally thought i would be this age an about to go off to uni! its so wow!! any1 ever feel the same thing?

I'm definitely going!!!

My halls choices:

1. Queen Margaret
2. Winton Drive
3. The big one. With lots of rooms. Can't remember the name!
4. Student Apartments
5. Cairncross House

Didn't want to go to Wolfson as it looks like a bit of a hole to be honest. And it's too far away!

My mum's friend said that they tend to shove all the med students into Queen Margaret. Is there any truth in this or is she just talking s**t?
