    Talking PLAB and Job prospects!

Nowadays, most of international med students learned medicine locally. By the time they ve gone through with their bachelor degrees or master degrees, they try to set out to where they wanna further their prof in medicine. But, of course, they av gotta get the respective license beforehand!
Obviously, PLAB must be done to join GMC and then to be a GP or specialist in the UK. But, in my experience, what I find out is that most of PLAB holders even face difficulties in finding jobs. I'm wondering what others affect that apart from the fact that increasing no of doctors outweigh the current job places in the UK hospitals.
So, could someone on that forum pls tell me more about it!

    Yone,
It depends on where you are coming from.
With EEA doctors facing less competition by law i think those from outside the EU will start to have a tougher time.

Thzs, I got that.....Sadly, I m from outside the EU countries..that's from Asia.... so how these factors exactly apart from law make it much difference? I agree with y 'cause most of Asian doctors are now facing a ton of difficulties for job in the UK hospitals even after PLAB and GMC.
So, wat do y think Teaching field in the med school is such tougher for international doctors?

Thank you very much for yr reply!
