Dude, I reckon your only chance to get in next year would be to retake all your A levels this year. But to be honest, your best bet is to aim for a first in biomed and then apply. That way you've got a cracking degree AND loads of experience. You can't get by on experience alone, you need evidence of good academic progress. And hey, if you apply for a graduate program, then it's only 1 extra year in the long run. Plus biomed is an awesome degree.
