What sort of qualifications/experience are required to ascend to NHS Management roles. i.e ublic Health, PCT Commissioning, Director etc

I know people definently are looking for postgraduate qualifications (MSc, PhD etc)

You've got to be inept, stupid and have a complete disregard for reality when making your decisions.....you know, normal management stuff
