Hi Guys

I am about to start my medicine course at St Georges in Grenada.
I am a british citizen and after applying nemerous times in the UK to do med i have been unsuccessful even after completing a biomediucal degree at Queen Mary University. For that reason and my goal of becoming a doctor i am about to do my course in grenada at St Georges.
I wanted to know what are the processes i would have to go through once i complete my degree in 4 years time to work in the UK and also how are my chances?
I really want to become a doctor and i have taken the first step and i really do want to practice in the uk as i was born and brought up there but with all the competition it realy is looking scary.
