Griffths Gamsat Review question
i have been using the griffith gamsat review to help me revise and thought it would be a good idea to use the recommended science topics to help sift through the mountain of possible revision, i have found that using the topics and then looking through the books results in jumping through chapters which often assume knowledge from previous chapters, my question is for those who have done gamsat .. is it better to work through a text book front to back or to try an do these topics one by one missing out the non recommended stuff?

When I was studying I worked my way through the whole of the text books, in the order that they were written.
However I only skimmed through sections that Griffith suggested didn't come up and spent a lot more time on the sections he said were popular.
Remember, Griffith is not an official guide, so his "sylabus" is based on his experiences of taking and retaking the test. The official advice is "First year degree standard Biology, Chemistry and Physics", which is pretty wide. So just because it hasn't come up with him, doesn't mean that it won't come up with us.
So while its worth focusing on his area's he recomends, if you have the time its still worth having some coverage of the rest.
