Gradmed GAMSAT course booklets and past papers.

Hi,
I sat the GAMSAT a few years ago having done the GradMed training course for something like £1,100. I have the left over papers and booklets that I'd like to sell.

There's 9 booklets and 8 handouts:

GradMed Organic Chemistry 1
GradMed Organic Chemistry 2
GradMed Physical Chemistry
GradMed Physics
GradMed Biology
GradMed Written Communication
GradMed Question papers X 2 (both come with answers and explanations to the answers which are actually quite good looking at them again)

These booklets are great, really comprehensive and easy to learn from.

then the handouts are more practise questions, maths for science, some physics stuff.

There are some notes in the papers which I made during the course lectures - my notes are legible and may be useful - they don't comprimise the content in any way.

I can assure you it is absolutely everything that was handed over throughout the whole course. In addition I have the offical sample papers published by ACER for the GAMSAT:

I guess a use addition to this post is that I'm an Arts graduate (really arts, I went to art school and made paintings, at the time of sitting the GAMSAT I hadn't even been in an exam hall since my A-levels 12 years earlier) and had to learn science from the ground up.

Just thought this might go some way to illustrating the effectiveness of the GradMed paraphernalia

how long did ya spend in prep for gamsat if you don't mind me asking?

I worked fairly intensely. If memory serves I think I did a few weeks just with A-level text books and then when the Gradmed course started I worked all week every week revising from the booklets. So it was 8 hours mon-fri then Gradmed course at the weekends and this went on for about 5 weeks until GAMSAT exam day.

what is your most important tip about getting through gamsats and what were your scores if you dont mind me asking.

score was 64 (second time) 55 year before, I think it was something like a jump from the 70th percentile to the %13th. There's not really much of a mystery as to how to do it; work hard with the appropriate materials. end of story.
