A lot of people here, myself included, found the Griffith's GAMSAT review to be a great place to start.
Then you need to find yourself the appropriate text books. - this will relate to you as an individual to accommodate your own personal learning style and knowledge gaps.
ACER also provide example/practice papers/questions. This will help you with the style.

Some people have found some of the prep courses helpful, but many (including some of those who take them) don't find them value for money. So if you have more money than sense feel free. if you are broke, don't. in-between. well think very carefully and take advices from a variety of people... But be warned some of the course organisers pretend to be students to flog their course. But usually they are easy to spot as they have very few posts of much content and these are "pro course X"

My first degree was 18 years prior to GAMSAT.

As for eligibility, well you have said nothing about yourself, but I can't think of any reason to hand why you wouldn't be eligible for sitting the GAMSAT.
    SGUL GEP (T - Year) - That's a 2nd of 4 years, but 3rd of 5...

From my personal experience I used the Gold Standard Book, it is quite dear though, it does however cover all sections of the exam and have all the science topics that are likely to come up.
That being said I only used the book and none of the other stuff they offer.

Anyone is eligable to sit the GAMSAT.

Thank yo so much for your reply.
Sorry fo not saying much about myself. Was an oversight. I am a 2.1 graduate of Economics and also have diploma in Credit Management but currently a 1st year nursing student.

i need to get these materials as soon as i can. Need to start studing and see how it goes before the registratio opens in June. I am interested in sitting for UKCAT a well just to spread my chance and will appreciate any information on books for that as well.

    Thanks a lot
