I thought the course was genuinely a waste of time.. I rang local universities and asked in the respective departments if they had anyone that might be interested in giving grinds... then I met those that were, gave them copies of sample acer questions and talked to them about what they thought.. and then got down to it... I would seriously tell people to really consider not doing the gradmed... if you really want to do a revision course, look in Guru.. its by far the best...

I'm fully paid up and ready to go on the 12th of June. I'm doing the entire thing. I'm not expecting to get a high enough mark in September but the course should stand to me again in March in Dublin.

    Anyone else on this?

I did the intensive revision course which I think is in August last year (2009). Paid a grand, thought it was well run and altho too expensive, was worth it and got a score of 63 (56,65,65) and now have an offer from Nottingham. There are some who will say its a waste of time but to be honest it depends on what you put into it to what you will get out of it. I used the course as a sound foundation for all the rest of my GAMSAT revision, and the materials they provide cover everything you need to know. The Essay/Verbal reasoning teaching is very good, they prepare you for getting scores of 80-100 so you really can't do that badly. I also used Griffiths GAMSAT review for the essay sections and that was excellent.

GAMSAT isn't the hardest exam by any means. Many many people get high scores in their first attempt and this course should give you a sound advantage if you're willing to work with it.
