GAMSAT Ireland for UK entrants

I'm thinking of doing this in Dublin, anyone know whereabouts in Dublin it will take place? ABout to book a hotel but not sure whereabouts I should book it.

The location is UCD Blackrock campus. I think it's 5min drive from Stillorgan dual-carriageway where there is at least one hotel (although it may be miles away). It's also not too far from Ballsbridge, Stillorgan (by car).

Sorry I hope I'm not just spouting random names that make no sense. Maybe if you get map from UCD's website detailing the whereabouts of the Blackrock campus it'll give you some idea.

Hey all.

I'm about to submit my registration for GAMSAT March 2010. Where it says 'preferred test centre', London is my preference. My question is, will this exam occur at the same time as the various centres in Ireland (Sat 20th March) or am I beginning to confuse the September GAMSAT UK assessments?

Hi - GAMSAT Ireland will happen on the same day regardless of test centre - March 20th 2010.

GAMSAT UK will be on September 20th 2010.

Guys in the GAMSAT Ireland registration is asks for a CAO application number? Is this something we need even if not applying to an Irish Uni at the end?

In September it was here:
Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre Westminster, London exhibition halls and conference centre

However I think as there'll be less candidates than for the UK specific one, it'll prob be elsewhere. Sure it'll be in zone one though if you want to risk it and book now

Is it possible to register for GAMSAT without a CAO number - if not, can you even get one if you are from the uk??
