    Question September GAMSAT 2009

    Hello,

I am sitting the GAMSAT in September 2009, and have been looking for material to start my revision for the GAMSAT. I have been looking for a book/ material on the internet and most material is very expensive

Can anyone suggest any books/ material which would be helpful to me to start my revision which they may be using/ have used to sit the GAMSAT?

    Thanks

Hi, I will be sitting GAMSAT in Sept too. So far I have been going over A level biology/chem/physics, and I also have some material for the first two sections, and some example papers given to me by another forum member, which have been quite useful.

To be honest I think most of the material being sold on the internet is overpriced and not worth it. PM me your email address if you want and I'll send you the material and papers that I have.

I too am sitting the test in Sept 09. I have only just started looking at reading materials etc. Could you please send me your samples also so i can take a look this and start on it?

Aaargh I think I have left it too late. ?Having a MSc in Science subject still isn't jogging my science memory!

I would recommend getting hold of Griffith's GAMSAT review. I found it invaluable.

I keep hearing bad things about people trying to get Griffith's GAMSAT review, like not getting to the download page...meh.

Errrm, is it worth getting any books for section I and II? I'm just abit confused as to how I'm gona tackle 'revising' or improving my technique for those sections.

Not sure what to advise here. I have a history doctorate so didn't really need to do anythng other than have a go at the ACER and Ozimed past papers. For section 2 I practised by making up current affairs type questions and planning what I would write on each side (the key is to give a balanced argument).
    Good luck,
