Daring to dream...? What's it like?

I was so utterly convinced I had failed that I have put all thoughts of September 2009 out of my mind ... but now perhaps I need to think about whether I can do this...?
So - is there anyone around who is currently studying at Nottingham? What is it like? More specifically, what are the practicalities of how many hours lectures a day, how many days a week, how many weeks a year...? I have a young family and need to get my head around 2009 or 2010...

Clemette/Sam, I'm applying for 2009 as well. Are you a boy or a girl? Just makes a difference with the kids thing - IMHO. I have an 8 yr old and am a girl! I'm a single parent. Am also interested to hear views of existing students on copeability.
