I actually got it 2 days later (on a sunday just before midnight, which prob means that you're actually emailing australia ). But I also asked for a confirmation in my email.

as long as i get it i'm happy. sent them an email yesterday so i'll wait till monday. and yeah i guessed we were emailing australia from .au bit of the email address

They replied to me easily within 24 hours of me providing my ID.

Also got a confirmation from Nottingham today. Eek!
