A-Level
Hiyas,
I'm in Australia and have just sat the GAMSAT. I plan to take it again next year and was wondering what the A-levels I've been reading about here refers to as I'd like to do some deeper coverage of basic chemistry and biology.
Also, can anyone recommend books or sites where I can purchase books that cover the material at "A-level"?
Cheers all

In the UK, people take A-levels at the age of 17 and 18. Hopefully this will help you map it to the equivalent Australian qualification -- whatever textbooks are used for that should be appropriate.
I like http://www.chemguide.co.uk for Chemistry A-level stuff.

Re: A-Level
Look for "Chemistry In Context", Published by Nelson Thrones. In it's 5th Edition its a chemsitry Bible. Covering the basics to really advanced Stuff. Recommened by most Sylabi in Britain it's a good book.
