How many in Scotland?
I've noticed there are a few in scotland going to sit gamsat next year, and it'd be good to know who, so if we wanted we could do a mini group study thing nearer the time in Glasgow. I think it's good how the London group is taking place, at least just to ease the pressure by meeting people in the same boat.

hey, yeah I kinda got the impression you had given up which didn't seem right since you seemed like you were pretty ambitious. It'd be good to meet at least to get pointers off you seeing as though you've already done it once. I'm pretty bogged down under degree exams myself (9 and a massive project to present) but around June would be good if you're not gone by then.

Are you trying to say that other '04 Gamsatters who don't wish to try the exam again are not "ambitious" people anymore?
Maybe they are being realistic and making an informed choice on not attempting the exam again because it just doesn't suit them.

Dave, I'm sorry if you misunderstood me but I wasn't referring to people in general; I was talking about weegie in particular and not even meaning what you thought I meant.
I had been reading her posts for a long time from which I got the impression she was one of those people who could or would try again and again if just to get into medicine somewhere down the line eventually.
And although I don't see any reason why I need explain myself, if for your information, I know perfectly well people stop after the first time for reasons known to themselves as I only have one shot at this myself. 2005 is my first and final chance to get into GEP medicine, and only into one med school for reasons beyond my control. So yes, I am aware that some of us have little or no chance to fulfil a lifelong dream but just give it that one last shot that they are limited to, if it is comforting to you in any way.
