I hope they didn't do anything to screw up the results.

Maybe this year people didn't do so well that they've been trying to look over the results to make sure everything is in order. Section 1 was really tough overall which maybe the cause of the delay, so they'll probably be asigning a lower cut-off for interview.

But even if they are reducing the cut-off (which I hope they will do for section 1!) GAMSAT really doesn't have anything to do with it. All they do is give us our results which will stay the same anyway, rite?

I've heard that SGUL and Nottingham are doing their interviews separately this year, that probably means a different cut-off for interview like it was last year when PMS set their cut-off at 62 compared to 61 for SGUL and Notts. If they work out their cut-off at the same time before we get the results then that means we don't have to wait to know whether we made it or not.

Dont nott and SGUL shar the same application procedure: you only have to have an interview ans acceptance from one and you'll get a place from the other as well? i'm sure thats what it says on the prospectus

Getting an offer from SGUL or Notts does not guarantee that you'll get an offer from the other. Because their courses are similar, they decided to do the interview together and most applicants apply to both unis at the same time, so rather than have separate interviews that would clash they decided to do it at the same time. This year, however, is apparently going to be different and they're probably not going to do joint interviews. The prospectus website does doesn't mention this, you'll just have to wait till we get results and hear from them if we made it.
