OU Courses for science prep?

HI,

Has anyone tried OU courses for GAMSAT Prep? Which ones seemed to help? I've been looking at S205 The Molecular World and S204 Biology: Uniformity and Diversity, but at level 2 I may be overdoing it, (that is, not leaving time to get to grips with sections I and II!).

Level one courses seem less specific, but perhaps an intergrated approach will help with GAMSAT? (I already have A Level Biology and Chemistry at B grade).

Iny infor from people who have done some of these courses would help, Cheers!

I'm doing S103 Discovering Science (level one) and I can tell you that if you already have A-level Bio & Chem you will find it very easy and probably quite boring. It does have some physics in it though, which is good for me as I know nothing about the subject. The beginning of the course covers a lot of geology and environmental science which is obviously not very relevant. I don't know about the content/relevance of the level 2 courses but I'd say definitely take at least level 2 if you already have science A-levels. Although I'm only at the beginning of the level one course- maybe it will get harder after Christmas?
