GAMSAT

I don't think there is any point not turning up, you can always learn something from just doing the test, and you can always guess.
I tried to be very general with my essays, but didn't even finish the second one.
section 1: national and personal identity
section 2: work and happiness
He didnt look like a teacher- he looked pretty young, like early twenties, but who knows. I think my essays went ok, but i went off on tangents and waffled a bit. thing is i dont know how they mark the essays, what is it based on?
For task A i wrote about national identity and kinda included how it affects me as well. For task B i did work and happiness and did the cliched thing and used doctors as an example. I tried to put humour in the essays but i think i failed dismally

Am I right in thinking that the B task of the essays was the reflective one whereas the A task was the Socio-cultural one?

hey peeps glad the crapsat is finally over!altho they didnt help the day that much......... the massive hall in sheff wasnt only cold but i was sitting right at the back and felt a draft from the air con above me!!! during the break i went to put another jumper on! saying that papers I and III werent as bad as i thght but paper II was mindless dribble i tried o pass off as 2 essays! made it abit more bareable that there was quite abit of eye candy there!!lol.....tall guy scarf around his neck and asain lad with black and red adidas hoody....made it bit more easier!LOL

i know what you mean, i had a lad sat next to me who certainly helped me relax!! the essays were much harder than ;ast year! i wrote about work life balance and job satisfaction and then about stereotypes or personal nationality and used football as one of my examples. certainly a lot of waffel! but def a lot less people than last year! fingers crossed just glad its over

that was a ccrapy exam!
section 1 hard hard hard
section 2
task a: nationalism is the other side of racism.. babbled a lot of shit
task b. we work to make money to buy food to get energy and to work. bloody babbled that too

section 3 was hard! too much organic chemistry.

the guy sat next to me never finishe don time, wen time was up he juss shaded in any odd random answer..

london test centre was very much packed! apparantly 1000 people attended,.

yes section 2 essays much harder this year I did nationalism other side of racism and blitzed the question for being ambigious! what sides what lol :P and also added in some rugby world cup stuff I dont know where my head was at to be honest fingers crossed though guys.....anyone any ideas about what date the results will be? cant believe its not even been a week after it yet its goning to feel like ages waiting on results.
