By the "basement", I guess you're referring to the basement in the Portland Building (Student Union)? I sat some of my exams in there during my biology degree, and we always had problems with clocks not working/being in places where we couldn't see them. Count your blessings that the fire alarm didn't go off though as it did when I was sitting one of my final year exams in there - we had to stand outside in the rain for 30 minutes while the invigalators tried to suss out why it was going off, before going back in and finishing where we'd left off.. not easy when you're soaking wet through and you still have the intermittent ringing of the fire alarm going on in your head!

Jools which Greek Scholar question? I have forotten all content of that exam. Yeah i guessed 7 out of the 110 questions in section 3 because i left them until the end and had no time to finish. So i guessed the same letter for all 7. As someone has already said, I hope the GAMSAT gods are smiling on me.

Good Luck all

Stephen

I managed to finish both section 1 and 3 . The last 3 questions in paper 3 where gift questions . I knew they would do that chuck in dead easy questions in the last page because people might not of got there. Ba'stards. Although I probably guess about 5 -10 questions througout the paper.
Essay went ok i think, I managed to play afew of the titles off against each other in both A and B whilst keeping B all about my life at school utter crap but I hope it is enough.
Section 3 was very difficult, however the questions in the middle about skinny girls and fat girls doing press ups made me laugh.

I manages the timing ok just, but rushed the last 10 in III, in practice i had half an hour left but did not even have time to check my answers, section I was better and have about 15 min left. just fished the essays but all in all was far more rushed that normal !

I found Nott ok, the bathrooms were useless, 4 for 150 people, I was at the front so could see the clock and at leat it was warm and all ran to time. Was also quite impressed they offered free parking.

It was the question about easy gainers and slim people (can't remember the exact term). Don't worry there was no mention of press ups in the actual question! It talked about NEAT, non-exercise something something. Remember the pie charts (rather than the eating of pies)?

How come they've rejected you before the GAMSAT result? Does that mean you've done the GAMSAT for no reason? If so that is a real sh*tter and bang out of order on their part.
