    Botany, ecology, taxonomy etc

Apologies if this is a daft question but does anyone know if there is basic biology which is unrelated to human biology on the GAMSAT? ie I'm not sure whether to bother revising stuff like botany, ecology and taxonomy.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks guys.

There is some medical geography and stats to interpret. It does pose the odd ecological question but it seems to be in relation to chemistry. Let me go check my papers and i'll get back to u. How u gettin on with the study? I need a huge punt up the backside but then my charge nurse has been a right shit to me today. Thats another story.

I started working on Chemistry early but I've been messing about with that for ages. Gonna cram in some biology, physics, biochemistry and organic chemistry over the next month if I can  . Not sure I'm gonna be that popular with my fiancee if I work over Xmas.

Like you, and many others, I work so finding time is a real pain.

Not thought about essay questions yet, bit concerned about that part of the GAMSAT.

I'm a GAMSAT newbie, your first time too?

Yeah i'm also newbie to gamsat. Its all a nightmare that i could do without. are u in london? There is a study group starting that u would be most welcome to join North (clare) is setting it up. Might help u to study with others and work over problems with certain questions.

Nah, I'm in Nottingham. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Are you in Edinburgh then? Have you got to travel down to Sheffield (?); is that the closest for you?

Nope, no plans to at the minute.

Hope you enjoy Nottingham, it's a pretty good place to live and go out. As is Edinburgh of course.

Good luck with the GAMSAT revision.
