I have been offered a place for a Graduate Entry course after passing the GAMSAT. I used the following resources to help me prepare for the exam, and all of these were excellent in helping me pass the gruelling exam as well as guiding my studies in the right direction:
(1) ACER GAMSAT Practice Questions, Sample Questions, Practice Test
(2) OZIMED practice tests numbers 1-5
(3)Des O Neil's comprehensive Science notes
(These were excellent for guiding my Science learning in the right direction....I hadn't done any Science since GCSEs but these notes definitely helped me to get through the exam by learning all the RELEVANT info).
(4)Des O Neil's GAMSAT preparation resources
These were amazing.....they provide questions up to the standard required and also provides a guide to answers which reveals how each answer was reached. Also lots of sample essays and useful advice for the essays section. As well lots of Humanities and Science Questions (each split up in different sections identifying the testing of a particular skill), there is also a trial test which identifies weak spots and allows you to do a "Prognosis to Profile"....i.e. tells you where you need to concentrate on to improve your performance.

I really do recommend all of the above as they proved essential in my preparation for the GAMSAT.....and a lot cheaper than going on a course!
