ambulance technician/HDS
Hi,
Had an assesment date for HDS high dependancy service and been told there is a fitness exam to do
as far as im aware its the same as the tech's entrance exam ie weights up n down boxes and to keep your heart rate below a certain level
Im already working for the ambulance service but im one of those people who get really nervous at interviews etc and i know my heart rate is going to be sky high even before i take the exam
I have wanted this for so long i dont want to fail now any advice please

You are?? Then you'll already know all about the fitness test and will have done it as its standard throughout the NHS for frontline staff.
If you want advice I suggest you go to
www.ambulance999.co.uk/fourm and chat to the lads there.Dundee Grad Medic 2008
