This is for ANYONE who got an offer from Edinburgh Uni for Medicine. (Any Year)

What extra curricular activities did you have and what grades did you have?

Edinburgh are keen on things like sports, clubs, and work experience (hospital or nursing home etc). The more (and by that I mean longer time in a single placement) the better. Voluntary work e.g. befriending is another good example. If you can work on a nurse bank as a nursing assistant/auxiliary that is great experience. As for grades, mostly A's is a minimum threshold (whatever examination system you have been part of e.g. Scotland, England, Wales etc).
