Spare room in Stockton (£40 per week)

Hi guys,

I finished my first year of medicine at Durham but I am not continuing (for various personal reasons).

So... I need to find someone to replace me in the house I was going to live in.

It is at 42 Sydenham Road in Stockton (about a 20 min walk from the lecture buildings, or rent one of the uni bikes for £5 a term...). House is a property of Hope Estates Ltd.
Living with 3 guys aged 19 - 21. One medical student and two buisness students. All nice guys, I will be coming up to visit sometimes to see them.

Rent is £40 a week + £10 for all inclusive bills.
Deposit is £150.

There are 4 bedrooms, a lounge, 2 loos and the kitchen (with dishwasher).
There is a big tv, the landlord pays the licence.
