To Shaz, i really have no preference. It's still med school at the end of the day, so it doesn't really bother me too much.

Dr Millward, i was just wondering, do you know the difference in prices in terms of accommodation at the stephenson or John Snow? Ideally, i want to be in stephenson as i have never lived on campus before and would love to be able to roll out of bed and be at my lecture in 2 mins

Woohoo, I've got an interview on the 5th of March.
Wow those odds of getting an offer after an interview look good

All I know is that it costs £91 per week at Snow I think including bills and two meals a week for the formal dinners. I'm afraid I don't know about Stephenson and I couldn't find the info either.

Cool, thanks Dr Millward. Have been reading on the threads here and apparently post-grads rarely have the chance to get accommodation in halls. So it doesn't really matter too much right now.

Billy-no-mates, what time is your interview? It's on the same day as me!!! Mine is at 4:30pm though, so i am probably the last person there being interviewed

Mine's at 2pm, so i might see you as i come out, g'luck.
I'm really glad the interviews are 40 mins, because i don't think a 15 minute interview does us justice, it takes about 5 minutes to settle and by that time you could have already shattered your confidence by saying something stupid lol. But I'm looking forward to the Durham interview..I just cannot decide which College to pick!!

    Whats the difference between them?
How many medical students are at each college?
Do they have seperate lectures, and seperate classes?
    How far apart are they?
Appologies if these Q's have been answerd before...

hi i have just been invited for an interview at durham and was just wondering if you guys could help me out.

how hard is the uni to find
how long are the interviews and what type of things do they want to question you on.
is it very formal or a bit more of a relaxed situation

Hey i havent actually had my interview yet, but here goes...
ermmm the interview is 35-45 minutes long, and is pretty relaxed from what ive heard, just a chat with a couple of people, they havent seen your ucas statement at all so they are judging you at face value. I really dont know much about stockton, or the campus itself (worrying that i applied there i know), but im hoping it should be easy enough to find. According to the sheet they provided its only about 5 minutes from the train station so it shouldnt be tooo bad, im hoping someone who knows more about the place can provide you with beter information

    hope that helps!
